Do I have to be your accounting client?
Yes. The virtual office is available only to companies that do their accounting with us. This makes your workflow airtight: mail goes directly to your accountant, with no delays or risk of getting lost.
Is this address legal for the office?
Yes. We provide a physical address (post box) in Norway that is accepted by Brønnøysundregistrene as your business mailing address. You can use it in registration and in official documents for ENK and AS.
How soon can I use the address?
You can provide the address immediately after signing the contract. It usually takes 1-2 business days to launch the service. From then on, we receive correspondence from offices and forward it to accounting.
What do you do with my mail?
We store the mail securely, scan and digitally transfer it to your accountant. We can send the originals collectively to a designated address (up to 10 documents per month included).
Can I use the address to register my business?
Yes. Our address meets the requirements of Brønnøysundregistrene as a postadresse. It is a physical address in Norway, suitable for ENK and AS registration.
Does it also include letters from Skatteetaten?
Yes. We receive and scan official correspondence, including from Skatteetaten, and forward it to your accountant supervisor. This ensures that no letter is missed.
How much does it cost and what exactly is included?
The price is 1099 kr net per month. Included in the package: registration of the company at our address, receipt of mail, email notifications, scanning of official letters, shipment of up to 10 documents/month, circulation with accounting.
Can I opt out at any time?
Yes, the contract can be terminated with one month's notice. We can help you change your mailing address in Brønnøysundregistrene and reroute your mail seamlessly.
